Coodeta.com Launches Beta of an IPTV Website Service for TV, Music, Shopping and Networking
London, 02 February 2010 – Coodeta (www.coodeta.com) today announced the future beta launch of its TV streaming service, which will provide High Definition quality TV shows on an unlimited view basis. Completely based on open-standards, the Coodeta service works on Windows PCs, Macs, Linux PCs, and TVs, Portable Player, PDA and Mobiles. Coodeta is producing 30% of its content through World Press Agency.
Coodeta’s program library is organised by channels, some of which, like David Letterman®, will already be familiar to viewers. Once adding to a play list a particular channel, viewers can stream all the latest shows made available on that channel, which in many cases will include every episode of every season of a particular show. There is no fee to subscribe to Coodeta's channels.
Those interested in signing up to the beta can request participation through the Coodeta homepage at www.coodeta.com. A rich library of Films, TV, Radio, Social Networks and E.commerce content is available for everyone to watch, listen, meet or buy. There will be even more content available from major channels and networks on a weekly basis.
The video and audio quality of Coodeta's programming will be the highest available through Internet download. The minimum video quality of all the content is comparable to the same content on DVD, and where possible, High Definition content will be available across the different channels. Coodeta will also have programming available in discreet 5.1 Dolby® Digital Plus surround sound, which is being used at the highest available settings.
Coodeta allows you a great deal of flexibility in how you watch TV.
We are absolutely passionate about giving consumers the highest-quality, best-value "FREE" and most flexible TV streaming service available anywhere. We really hope that our users will agree that we have achieved that.
This beta period will allow us to fine-tune the system and get feedback on how we can improve the user experience. We will be listening carefully to what our users are saying so we can give them the service they want and need.
